OUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CRET SUMMIT 2025

In April 2025, Chateau Venture participated in the Commercial Real Estate Trends Summit 2025 (CRET), the most influential conference in the commercial real estate sector in Latin America, held from April 21 to 23 at the Real InterContinental Hotel in San José, Costa Rica.

The CRET Summit 2025 brought together over 500 professionals including developers, investors, consultants, and executives with the goal of analyzing the megatrends that are redefining the global real estate market.

The event, organized by Inversión Inmobiliaria Magazine, combined a two-day conference with a tour of innovative projects in Costa Rica.

Our CEO made the most of every moment at the CRET Summit 2025 to connect with the most influential leaders from Costa Rica, the Americas, and around the world, engaging in discussions with executives from investment funds, multinational developers, and top consulting firms in the sector.
He actively participated in the Matching & Leads program, where co-investment opportunities were identified, and strategic contacts were exchanged with potential business partners.
During private meetings at executive luncheons, our CEO strengthened Chateau Venture’s network by meeting with representatives from numerous industry companies as well as other global leaders interested in the Costa Rican market.
